Virtual Computer Courses
Mobile MOUSe provides the option for Virtual Computer Courses (Microsoft Office), which allows you to attend your training virtually. We often refer to this as Live Interactive Virtual Education (L!Ve).
Virtual Computer Courses (L!Ve) Explained
Attending your Microsoft Office Course Virtually means that you:
- Join one of our actual classroom courses, using either ZOOM or TEAMS, instead of physically attending the days training.
- Get the same course content.
- Will have the same expert instructor as everyone else.
- Have the same opportunity to participate as other classroom students.

- Public Virtual Courses are typically delivered through ZOOM.
- For exclusive Corporate Virtual Computer Courses, we can run your Training session via ZOOM or Microsoft Teams.

Virtual Classroom (L!Ve) FAQ
Attending a Micrososft Office Course Virtually, has alot of benefits. But not everyone is sure what’s involved. Below are the most common questions we receive regarding our Virtual Computer Training Courses (L!Ve).
What do I need to attend Virtual Computer Courses?
- A computer with reliable internet access
- Working computer audio
- A quiet workspace (headphones are a worthwhile suggestion, but not required)
- Desktop version of Microsoft Office (depending on the course)
How do I book a Virtual Computer Courses?
It’s easy, for a Public Course, simply enrol in either a one day training course or a two day course, remember to specify whether you will be attending virtually (by choosing the L!Ve Dial In option).
You can also exclusively book a Virtual Computer Courses for your company.
Is a Webcam Required?
No, however, a webcam will definitely provide you with the best chance of the face-to-face experience. We understand though, that not everyone has access to a webcam.
Lack of a webcam will not prevent you from participating as you will be able to see and interact with your instructor (audio is required).
Is Audio Required?
Yes. You will need audio. Most laptop computers typically have a built-in microphone and audio capabilities. If you are joining from a work or desktop computer, please ensure that you (or your staff) have microphone and audio capability before enrolling into Virtual Computer Courses (L!Ve).
Do you record the training Session?
We do not normally record our L!Ve sessions. If we decide to record the session, we’ll get your permission before we do.
Do I still get my Course Materials and Exercise Files?
Yes, we supply electronic (PDF) versions of our course manuals, you will also receive a link to download your course exercise files.
How do I join my Virtual Computer Courses?
Once you have enrolled yourself in one of our Virtual Computer Courses, you will receive your confirmation. A day or two before the scheduled course, you will receive an email from us containing a link to join the session. Simply click this session link to begin.
What else should I be aware of?
Although not required, you will find participating and following along much simpler if you have two screens. Two devices e.g. a Laptop and a Desktop computer can also be used to join a session. Follow instructions on one screen and interact on the other.
